Here are some troubleshooting tips. When the Cloud9 IDE doesn’t start you might want to access your EC2 instance to find the problem. It could also be that you don’t find local log files from your Greengrass Core.

SiteWise console - Error configuring sso region

When you are accessing the AWS IoT SiteWise console and get the following error message Error configuring sso region, you can safely ignore it. The reason is that the console calls AWS Single Sign On (SSO) APIs but you do not have the related permissions. SSO is not used in the workshop.
